Development

  • Construction strategies align with the company owners’ priorities.

  • Technical studies and designs are conducted to secure construction permits.

  • Investors receive detailed reports before construction starts, including: Execution timeline, Investment budget, Financial schedule by construction phases.

  • Properties are marketed on social media and real estate platforms during the final construction phases to ensure quick turnover upon completion.

II. Final Phase

  • The final stage focuses on selling the completed property to ensure maximum return on investment.

  • Sale profits are distributed to company owners, with a percentage reserved for future growth and ongoing operations.

  • Distribution of profits occurs after the completion of each project, based on internal decisions or the owners’ votes, ensuring transparency in the process.

  • Profits are delivered to investors within 15 days of the property’s sale, ensuring timely payouts and reinforcing trust in our investment process.
